UCCContacts by YANETO · For equipment finance companies

Turn UCC filing activity into a focused equipment-finance research feed.

UCCContacts helps originators, research teams, and data operations monitor named-provider activity, identify repeat-filing patterns, and deliver structured filing data into existing workflows.

Your sourcing stays private. Customer identities are never disclosed.

Clear commercial terms. Data lists are non-exclusive.

Source-aware delivery. Freshness depends on publication and ingestion.

Built for your workflow

Research the providers and markets that matter to your team.

Build a recurring view of named-provider activity, examine repeat-filing context, and move structured records into origination or market-intelligence workflows.

01

Research named-provider activity

Filter exact secured-party field values and evaluate activity involving providers relevant to your market.

02

Prioritize repeat patterns

Identify normalized debtor and address matches linked to more than one filing number for further review.

03

Feed the tools your team uses

Pull current or historical records through the API, or receive current-month records in Google Sheets.

Find the right yes

Find the businesses worth a closer look.

UCCContacts helps your team focus origination research using filing activity and structured context. It does not determine creditworthiness, confirm equipment collateral, or establish current financing demand.

Worth a closer look

Signals that can move a record into research.

  • A filing naming a provider relevant to your market
  • A debtor recorded inside your target geographic footprint
  • A strict repeat-debtor match that warrants additional review
  • The filing and enrichment fields required by your research process
Before outreach

Checks that keep your research focused.

  • A provider name treated as proof of the collateral or financing product
  • A repeat match treated as a verified legal-entity identity
  • Debtor geography described as filing-office collection coverage
  • A filing interpreted as an active obligation or current financing need

What the data supports

Measure named-provider activity without overstating what a filing proves.

4,373

Filings naming Kubota Credit Corporation

Distinct filing numbers dated Sep. 1–Oct. 13, 2026.

2,730

Filings naming Caterpillar Financial Services

Distinct filing numbers in the same window; do not add as a deduplicated total.

7,466

Strict repeat-debtor matches

Name, state, street, and ZIP keys linked to multiple filing numbers.

50 states + DC

Debtor-state breadth in the recent dataset

Geographic breadth, not complete filing-office collection coverage.

Filing-date window: September 1–October 13, 2026, unless a card says September 2026. Measured October 14, 2026. Counts are distinct nonempty filing numbers after trimming and uppercasing, deduplicated across debtor rows. Filing numbers may not be unique across jurisdictions because the source has no filing-office jurisdiction field.

Filters and delivery

Shape the feed around the work.

Focus the feed by filing date, debtor state, secured-party criteria, and repeat-filing signals. Provider-name counts establish coverage of those recorded names; they do not verify equipment collateral or product type for each filing.

Filing date Debtor state Secured party Repeat-filing signal Available record fields

API in CSV or JSON

Pull available current or historical records with filters that fit your workflow.

Automated Google Sheets

Receive the current month’s backlog and new available records in a shared sheet, checked every 15 minutes.

Structured, research-ready fields

Work with debtor, filing, secured-party, repeat-filing, and available enrichment fields in a consistent format.

Method and limits

Provider coverage is not a collateral determination.

  • Kubota and Caterpillar counts group exact normalized secured-party field values. Spelling variants, aliases, subsidiaries, and combined field values are not resolved.
  • Named-provider counts are dataset coverage measures, not lender market share or verified equipment-finance transactions.
  • The repeat-debtor method normalizes text and requires multiple distinct filing numbers. It does not establish the same legal entity, an active obligation, or financing demand.
  • Debtor-state coverage describes the state recorded on debtor rows. The source does not provide a filing-office jurisdiction field, so it cannot establish collection coverage in every state.
  • Data freshness follows source availability and ingestion. It is not perfectly real time and does not guarantee a sales outcome.
