Are these homeowners asking for quotes?
No. These are public permit records that may indicate follow-on work. They are not homeowner inquiries, confirmed buying intent, or guaranteed jobs. A contractor may already be selected.
What is included in a report?
Available permit numbers, project addresses, ZIP codes, application and issue dates, project descriptions, status, source links, and an explanation of possible relevance to your trade. Homeowner phone numbers and email addresses are not included or promised.
How fresh is the information?
We check the county’s published data daily. The county controls publication timing, and some feeds may lag. Reports identify permit dates so you can judge freshness. A newly observed record may describe an older project. Not every trade or ZIP has new relevant activity every day.
How does the seven-day trial work?
Send your trade and service area. We confirm available coverage and arrange delivery by email. Your seven days start with your first report. No card is required, and you are not automatically enrolled in a paid plan.
What does exclusive coverage mean?
For an agreed trade category, Yaneto will not provide that trade’s Baltimore County permit reports to another company while your exclusive subscription is active. Public records remain available elsewhere, and the same project can appear in reports for a different trade.
When is exclusivity available?
We confirm availability before payment. County-wide exclusivity cannot begin while conflicting standard subscriptions are active. Sending a request does not reserve coverage. The first confirmed, paid exclusive subscription secures the agreed category; coverage is released when it ends.
Can I cancel?
Paid plans are monthly. Request cancellation by emailing permits@yaneto.com before your next renewal. Coverage, activation, billing, and cancellation terms are confirmed before you subscribe.
